Motivation in taking the programme

1. My personal motivation for taking this programme is to widen my knowledge in my area of studies with specialization in economics
2. It is to also improve on my family condition by acquiring knowledge which will help in solving basic family and community problems

Expectations after completion of the the programme.

1. By the end of the programme I should have acquired the necessary knowledge in my area of research which I seek to acquire
2. After acquiring the knowledge, I envisage helping my family and community by guiding them on some salient issues within the family where I can
3. At the end , I intend to have a store which will take care of maize

The Problem

The inadequate commercial maize stops in my community.

My innovative solution

In order to solve the above problem, I intend to create awareness to the general public on the need for a maize commercial center.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Our objective is to provide quality maize produce to our targeted customers and hereby satisfying their needs. This shall be done through the implementation of technological innovation of new species of maize and quality control. Also, the recruitment of well trained workers with good morals, friendly and welcoming to our customers.

Again, we aim at promoting good Commercial maize cultivation in the entire republic of Cameroon, through the provision  of  high quality of maize to our consumers population and users in poetries and industries.

Also brochures, cards, and fliers will be shared to the entire public so as to create

Awareness of our estate that is farm, office thereby leading to an increase in the number of our customers and hence increase in sales.
