Motivation in taking the programme

1. Personal Motivation: This was an opportunity for me to find a job and the desire to make a meaningful impact in students’ academic journey as well as teachers. This will help to address their needs and challenges.
2. Family:I had to inform my closed and immediate family about the venture am to undertake and they supported me both morally and financially.
3. Poor Extended Society: After sampling the environment and the outcome of students during their end of year exams , I felt that there is a need for me to solve this problem plaguing the extended society. 

Expectations after completion of the Programme

1. Personal: At the end of the Programme students will be able to have direction in choosing their sujrcts and have a good knowledge of orientation.
2. Family: The family members and closed friend are expected to see some professional growth within me and also growth in finance.
3. Extended Society to be able to give good recommendations and remarks about my venture.
