Every year, lawyers, both old and young, carry out almost every aspect of Cameroonian legal practice manually. This ranges from due diligence to document processing, and the fact that these important activities are carried out by human beings who are fallible, means that they are bound to make errors, errors that can cause serious problems for both the lawyer and his or her clients.

This is despite the fact that technology has revolutionized legal practice in the western world, and has made it easy for lawyers in the west to carry out their duties. But in Africa in general and Cameroon in particular, lawyers still do almost everything manually by themselves, and this uses us time that can be spent more productively.

The Solution:

The solutions that ELLA LEGAL TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS will provide to the problem cited above is simple.

We will work with softwre developers to develop and market various software that automate many of the activities that lawyers in Cameroon still do manually. We will develop computer software for automated document and transaction management, automated contract review software, contract due diligence and lease abstraction software, case management software, intellectual property docketing software, and much more.

Primary services will include developing and selling software for automated document and transaction management, automated contract review software, contract due diligence and lease abstraction software, case law database management software, intellectual property docketing software and much more. Our mission is to provide our clients with leading legal technology services that guarantee heightened productivity for lawyers and legal professionals. To keep our overhead costs low, ELLA LEGAL TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS will be located in a small size office, but will expand to a larger office as the business grows.
